John Lewis Partnership is looking for a Sous Chef for their Partnership Hotel, Ambleside Park, a 24-bedroom private hotel on the banks of Lake Windermere.
As Sous Chef you’ll join our friendly team, working to ensure the efficient day to day running of the kitchen, taking responsibility in the absence of the Head Chef, while maintaining sales, reputation and profit of the kitchen.
You’ll have a passion for food and be motivated to invent, produce and present quality dishes. You’ll manage food production and help deliver profit through strict cost control.
