Hillthwaite House in Windermere is now looking to recruit a dynamic and reputable Full Time Sous Chef to join its kitchen brigade. The main goal to provide its guests with the highest level of quality dishes, using the best of local ingredients to wow its diners, while ensuring cost effective results and leadership capabilities.

Being a family owned, independent hotel we expect you to help drive a strong and friendly team in the kitchen, motivating and training younger members of the brigade whenever possible, while being flexible and committed to the job at hand. You will be aware of current market trends and incorporate these into seasonal menus within the restaurant.

Salary up to £25,000 per annum (dependant on experience).
28 days paid holiday, Closed for Christmas, Live-in available.
