Retail Manager (Maternity Cover)
Basic £18,000 to £25,000 plus £2,000 sales related bonus, generous staff discount
We are looking for an experienced person to manage our Edge of the World store in Bowness-on-Windermere.
Do you have an eye for casual fashion and colour? Can you lead, motivate and develop a team? Do you enjoy selling and delivering excellent customer service?

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fashion retail management, have strong organisational, merchandising and customer service skills and be used to meeting sales targets. Attention to detail and initiative are required, as is a flexible hard-working approach with a friendly outgoing manner.
