Salary points 26 – 28 £33,013.89 – £36,125.54 pro rata per annum
Initial salary point 26 rising to salary point 27 after 6 month probation

We are looking for a driven and self-motivated individual to join our Senior Management team in Cumbria. Reporting to an Executive Team Director, you will be based in Kendal overseeing two Supported Living projects and be direct support for the Team Managers of these zones.
As a Registered Regional Manager you will be responsible for maintaining effective management of quality, financial and health and safety practices as defined by Oaklea and its regulators, these include the Care Quality Commission, OFSTED, Charities Commission and HSE. In addition, you will be responsible for contract management, compliance and reporting.
The successful candidate will join the Senior Management Team and attend quarterly Senior Manager Team Meetings. There will also be a requirement to be a member of the EAT team with On Call requirement. Payments for On Call are paid at £15.00 per day. Successful registration with the Care Quality Commission is required as part of this role.
Minimum of 5 years in management and HSC Level 5 in management (or equivalent) are essential. Other relevant qualifications include DipSW, NVQ4/5 Care or Registered Manager’s Award.
