Part Time Finance/Administration Assistant

We are looking for an experienced part time Finance/Administration Assistant to work within our group of companies. Based at the Burnside Hotel, hours will be discussed and agreed between 9.00am to 3.00pm, Monday to Friday. A minimum of 2 years accounts/admin experience is required.

You will need to be computer literate and familiar with MS Office. We require excellent communication skills both over the telephone and face to face and you will need a high level of accuracy and first-rate attention to detail. You should have a flexible approach; experience within an accounts office environment will be an advantage.

Duties will include –

  • Data inputting and checking
  • Post duties
  • Monitoring and processing incoming email
  • Filing, scanning and other miscellaneous tasks

Salary dependent on experience.
