HR Administrator

We have a vacancy in the Human Resources Department for a HR Administrator to assist the HR team. This role will have a particular focus on providing a confidential administrative service to the HR team. The role will cover a wide range of duties such as administration of the company pension schemes, administration for internal changes and moves, and organising key HR meetings.

This role is based in our main reception and as such, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors to James Cropper plc. Therefore, a high standard of customer service skills is essential in conveying the right image of the company.

We need a flexible and energetic individual who is educated to ‘A’ level or equivalent standard and has at least 1 year of relevant experience working in a similar role. You will need a good level of organisational, communication and computer skills. We are looking for a trustworthy, proactive and personable individual, with excellent team working skills: someone who is able to communicate effectively with fellow employees at all levels across the business in support of our exciting organisational development activities.

Determination and focus on delivery are also crucial characteristics as James Cropper shapes a culture of high performance. There will be development opportunities for the successful candidate.

This is a full-time role and the salary is £19,614.40 per annum.
