About the role
Lakeland has been around for more than 50 years because our products are a cut above the rest. And our colleagues are the same. As a Contact Centre Colleague, you’ll join the team that brings Lakeland to life for customers calling our Contact Centre.
With extraordinary customer service skills and expert working knowledge of our products, you’ll give every interaction that special Lakeland feel as a true ambassador for our company values. Establishing a trusting and friendly rapport with customers, you’ll drive sales by recommending products that will enrich customer experiences – it’s all about going above and beyond to make sure that we bring delight with the amazing products we offer. If you can do that, this fixed-term role could be the start of a great career at Lakeland.

- A proactive, ‘sales through service’ approach
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- The ability to operate Contact Centre technology accurately and efficiently
- Good literacy, numerical and analytical skills
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude toward change and an ability to adapt to changing customer needs
Desirable – the ‘nice to haves’
- Existing knowledge of Lakeland products
