The Three Shires Inn is looking to recruit a hands on Assistant Manager who is a team player and dedicated to exceptional customer service.
Three Shires is a ten bedroom, 4 star country inn located in the stunning valley of Little Langdale, Ambleside. The Inn has a bar and restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
You would report to the owner and duties will include:
- Meet and greet guests and customers
- Day to day running of the Inn working closely with the owners and the Head Chef
- Room management
- Recruit, train and evaluate team members
- Ordering of supplies
- Serve guests and customers
- Assist in other areas as required.
Requirements: Relevant experience, customer focused, team management, computer literate, problem solver, able to delegate and have a good eye for detail. Permanent position.
